Sculpted Strength

This format blends moderate weights and bands with longer intervals, pulses, holds, and tempo work to build strength and stability. You’ll see it featured within our “Build + Burn” classes.

Strength + Conditioning Circuit

A mix of moderate weights, plyometrics, and full-body moves designed to push your heart rate—whether you’re jumping or not. This class torches fat, breaks through plateaus, and perfectly complements our strength-only workouts. Expect battle ropes, box jumps, bosus, and more. Results are on the other side.

Power HIIT Circuit

Your favorite weekend activity. Our HIIT circuit feels more like an obstacle course—mixing strength, plyo, and bodyweight challenges—for a high-energy, full-body session.
